Don't let your money escape through the ceilings and walls of your home or business! Insulate your structure with fiberglass insulation. Fiberglass insulation is one of the most commonly available types of insulation.
A poorly insulated structure is a recipe for inefficiency and higher energy costs. By installing insulation you'll save money, make your home or business more efficient, and reduce noise.
Fiberglass insulation is available in 2 varieties:
Fiberglass blankets ( batts or rolls ) - Medium and high density fiberglass insulation is now available. They have a slightly higher R-value than previous blankets. Denser products are meant for structures with very limited space for insulating.
Fiberglass loose-fill - Made from molten glass which is spun or blown into fibers. Content usually includes 20% - 30% recycled glass. Loose-fill insulation must be applied with a blower unit. It is meant for open-blow applications such as attic spaces, as well as closed-cavity applications such as inside walls or covered attic floors.
